I cannot say enough good things about this condo and/or Parklands Reservation team who helped set up this wonderful trip. I had never booked a trip through Parklands and was a little hesitant to do so because it's a bit unnerving trusting people you've never met. After researching what different folks/sites had to say, I bit the bullet and went through them. I am so glad I did!

The Parklands Reservation team is incredibly responsive even when communicating via email. I worked with Paolo and he was so friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I had. He did a fabulous job of putting my mind at ease.

I wasn't sure about the location as I had never been to Costa Rica but the condo and the area are both wonderful. The condo is well kept and is in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to local bus stops and there are a few restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a local shopping mall right down the hill. We didn't rent a car but found we didn't need one as we could walk down the road and jump on a bus into the city. The condo is a little removed from the city (maybe about a 20 minute bus ride away) but it was perfect for us as it gave us the opportunity to relax and have some down time without the chaos of city life surrounding us all the time. Side note: This unit is on the second floor so please keep that in mind if you have any issues with your knees.

The beds are comfortable and the condo is very clean. It really felt like you were coming home at the end of each day. The friend who traveled with me was trusting me to handle all of the booking and to say they were impressed with the condo would be an understatement.

Definitely take advantage of the help in planning activities that Parklands offers as well. We loved the outings they booked for us and had a fabulous time learning more about the culture and the country. We were only there for a week but managed to do so very much while still having the opportunity to relax when we wanted.

I would recommend this location in a heartbeat!

What i can say about it... is just excellent, the apartment is beautiful, clean, in order, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, great for family, friends, spend sometime alone, close to the mall and fastfood restaurants around. Highly recommended.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in Cariari Vistas Premium Condo and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable furnished, with a well equipped kitchen, and located close to a mall with food court, movie theater, McDonalds, Bank, and bowling alley. Parklands staff was very friendly and helpful and easy to get in contact with. The security at the condo was great and we felt very comfortable staying there.We had a lot of errands to run in San Jose and it was nice that we were so close to the airport and a short driving distance to Immigration and downtown San Jose. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend or anyone who is looking for a nice, safe, and conveniently located place to stay near San Jose.

This condo was the perfect size for my family (four of us). It was cozy and included a washer and dryer, major plus. The only negative is we were in need of an air conditioner as it was quite warm. The fans only helped but so much. The gated community and security guard on site 24/7 was extremely helpful in making us feel comfortable. The neighborhood itself was rather quiet and secluded as well.
