This is a small family house. The common areas were great, there were lots ot flowers and a nice dog, the staff was friendly . The location is good and there is free parking space. The room itself needed cleaninng, especially the bathroom.

The photo is taken from balcony at the 4th floor in hotel Briz.
It is beautiful.
There is aircondition, working shower, Internet, mosquitonet, balcony, towels, kettle, TV, fridge, table and chairs.
Ten minutes walk to the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay.

straight out the main entrance of the airport and across the road...follow it down until you reach the sea...turn right and carry on until the road runs out...10 min walk
Very clean and wonderful people even though they dont speak english...guess us brits should be learning bulgarian.
Good selection of tv and right on the beach and surrounded by great places to eat..
Just use local buses then from 1 lev to get to Burgas...sunnybeach etc...simples

Room tip: all have balcony`s but ask if you want right at front

We had been diverted from Burgas airport to Plovdiv as the horrendous storm battered Burgas we wondered if we should seek shelter or try and drive home but we decided to shelter I went onto booking.com and more or less booked the first hotel we seen which was the Hotel Briz, we arrived cold tired and hungry after midnight after a 3 hr bus trip the reception desk was unattended but within minutes a lady came and checked us in and we were given the keys to our room which was a sea view on the 3rd floor.
Hotel is absolutely spotless and well kept, lady was very friendly and welcoming.
Would def use this hotel again without a doubt.

We had been delayed and diverted hours away, in monstrously bad weather. Reserved via Booking.com, this hotel was the perfect place to rest our heads in a comfy king size bed before continuing our journey . The excellent room was spotlessly clean, with fast, free WiFi, satellite TV and air-con. Our welcome at reception was friendly despite our arrival after midnight, and we felt thoroughly mothered as we were led to our second floor room. (no lift, if mobility is an issue)
A standard Bulgarian breakfast is available, for a ridiculously low price, adding to the excellent value for money of Hotel Briz.
The hotel is located on the very edge of Sarafavo, which would be a definite plus for me in high season, but is still only a minute's drive from the centre, and our sea-view room looked right over the harbour, literally a minute from the shores of the Black Sea.
Would I stay there again? A definite YES!"

Room tip: Sea View rooms more expensive, but worth it.
