Pretending to be a Japanese restaurant but but but but! Cup of rice tasteless cup of cooked vegetables tasteless. Soy sauce industrial quality. Raw sliced salmon bah.
Not recommended. Trying to be trendy, small to small tables.

I was with my friend for the first time and we were impressed about the quality of fish and dishes. Fresh fish full of taste and lots of choice in the menu. Service so full of attention and very kind.
I will come back soon.

With all the japanese offering these days it is really hard to stay in business. It takes more than just make something that looks like sushi. Well japo did not catch on this. First of all they are a fusion restaurant and really pricey. Their menu tells the story of this italian chef meeting a japanese master and fall in love with sushi. What I found was sushi with fish of good quality but rice really overcooked. Add to that that after ordering we were left in a limbo waiting over 30 minutes to gwt our first course (does not take that much to make sashimi c'mon!).
Other people arrived after us got to be served before us and they were also trying to manage take out orders at the same time. A real mess with two waiters running endlessly up and down a not so busy restaurant...

I mean, fornituring a bit better the house, and adding some real good wines ( and tea) at the list, would make the all thing better.. But generally seaking a good experience!

Dear costumer,
we thank you very much for your review, but we want to underline that maybe some informations about our tea and wine collections were lost for you while our weiter, as usual, was explaining them, as he always does with all the custumers.
As maybe you remember, so, in or cellar we have wines by Hauner, Cvetic, Franz Hass, Bruno Paillard, Planeta, Quintodecimo, Sant Valentin, Tenuta Sant'Antonio, Albert Pic, etc: you can find some of them well exposed on your right, if you come in the restaurant. We undesrtood that we are not a winery, so we try to choose a selection of wines of "only" 30 different kind of bottles, and from the next week we will add them other 15 (not so bad for a JAPANESE resturant born 5 months ago). We are sure you can find something more appropiate to your taste at Pinchiorri (Florence), but they not cook japanese food.
About the tea... we are sorry you did not find something of your taste, considering our 14 hot and cold teas form Japan, China and Arizona: Green Chun Mee, Black Congou with Roses, Pu Her, White, Jasmine, Gunpowder, Keemoon, Oolang, Black Fumé, Arizona Lemon, Peach, Green with Honey, Blackbarry, Pomegrane.
Thank you a lot, and we really hope to see you soon!

New Japanese restaurant opened in treviglio. Food is good, decently priced. the owners are young and welcoming. we normally go to Milano for Japanese, but now we finally have something here that we can go to that is of quality standard. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.
