The Positives:
1- The ambience - small, simple, unadorned and all the better for it. Comfortable, cosy and high quality table cloth & napkins.
2- The food - there were two set menus for E20 & E30 per person. We had the latter which was truly outstanding value. Four courses - sumptuous anti-pasta (home made and refined little offerings), followed by swordfish tagliatelle, ovenbaked white fish with roasted vegetables followed by pannacotta which was light and delicious. The wine was excellent - Sardinian white 13.5%. You can eat al a' carte from the menu if you wish.
3- The waiter looked as if he enjoys mama's cooking and a glass or two of wine.
4- Lots of locals appear to eat there which is usually as good a recommendation as any.

Criticisms:
1- None. One of the best 5 restaurants we have ever eaten in; it's that good.

Very clever chef, the whole meal was a visual delight , with the tastes and flavours to match. We had the taster menu which was so good. Very good wine list too. Such a lovely meal. Fantastic service. Super evening. Would definatly go again. This chef really understands his food and how to serve it beautifully.

I always suggest the seafood tower, 3 to 4 layers high with fresh lobster, shrimps, scallops, mussels, and clams plus oysters that are the best ever. But the Riccola and Branzino fish always expertly prepared will leave you wanting to come back again and again. Oh, save room for dessert! Whoa!

Fantastic cuisine in an elegant ambiance with excellent service. The fish in all its forms, (from the starters to pasta dishes as well as in second courses) to the best of its potential. Really an excellent restaurant. We appreciated the wide choice of French wines and the great competence of the sommelier. We went there with my child who was also extremely excited with the food.

I have selected this restaurant to celebrate the 65th anniversary of my wife with a couple of friends. We wanted to eat seafood at an above the average level, as the ladies are particularly fond of raw fish, oysters and the like.
We were not disappointed as all what we were served was really super.
Only just one minor remark relates to the waiting time for the main course which was unexpectedly too long, while for the rest of the dinner, all was perfect.
That evening they were also promoting a french wine "Sancerre" which did match our food very well.
I was just forgetting desserts .... extraordinary and nice looking too.
Price is of course relating to the quality of the food and to the restaurant rating (1michelin star) but after all i did find it reasonable for what we had.
I will visit again when a next opportunity shall arise.
