1- The ambience - small, simple, unadorned and all the better for it. Comfortable, cosy and high quality table cloth & napkins.
2- The food - there were two set menus for E20 & E30 per person. We had the latter which was truly outstanding value. Four courses - sumptuous anti-pasta (home made and refined little offerings), followed by swordfish tagliatelle, ovenbaked white fish with roasted vegetables followed by pannacotta which was light and delicious. The wine was excellent - Sardinian white 13.5%. You can eat al a' carte from the menu if you wish.
3- The waiter looked as if he enjoys mama's cooking and a glass or two of wine.
4- Lots of locals appear to eat there which is usually as good a recommendation as any.
1- None. One of the best 5 restaurants we have ever eaten in; it's that good.
