Right balance between attention/service and freedom to come and go (attending a wedding). Took up the meal and breakfast offer and this was good value and sufficient choice. Very pleased that room had a bath. Was surprised that it didn't have a single/sofa too but didn't matter. Especially impressed by front desk staff, especially Adam who was professional and helpful.

Hi,

Thank you for your review.

We’re very sorry that you were left disappointed by the cleanliness standards in your room on arrival. This certainly isn't the experience we would expect for you.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and teams has always been incredibly important to us and everyone in our hotels should rightly expect a safe, clean and protected environment. The Coronavirus crisis has brought this into sharp focus, which is why we have launched a new rigorous, daily cleaning regime across all our hotels. We apologise you found your room to not be up to the high standard we would expect.

We have ensured this feedback has been logged to the Hotel Management team so that they can look into these issues with our Housekeeping teams to prevent this experience from being repeated again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and we hope we can welcome you for a more enjoyable stay in the future.

Kind regards,

Mo

If you want a cheap value for money stay then you won't get any better than this hotel.
It is on the outskirts of Ipswich so no noise from walk in customers for the bar/restaurant, anyone wanting to use it has to drive.
There is a little bit of road noise in the rooms that face the dual carriageway but not enough to keep you awake.
The staff are always polite and helpful and the breakfasts are to die for.
The rooms are always clean and tidy

The room was better than expected & cosy without being boxy. A double room was definitely adequate for my children & i. Fantastic en-suite including deep bath tub & changeable tap flow of water, plenty of towels & handy hair/body wash gel built in. The room included a TV, very comfy beds & storage for clothing. Would recommend.

Arrived after a gruelling drive. Checked in at reception all ok. Went to the restaurant at 19.15 hours & was informed that because I hadn't pre booked they were unable to serve me. At no point did reception tell me that I had to book. Disgraceful service. They could not offer a single woman any food whatsoever. Really disappointed with this Premier Inn.
