Pleasant stay, up to Premier Inn standards, however, once again confused why disabled rooms are so far away from reception and eating facilities. Surely they need to be as near to reception as possible in case of emergency. The walk to the dining room was such that we brought in food and eat in bedroom. Why do designers think disabled people need beds lower than normal? Obviously they have never had knee or hip problems. Getting in and out of bed caused much pain.
