This is our third visit to the Twelve, the first time with our children. The Hotel is still beautiful but obviously still recovering from being Locked down thanks to COVID.
Our Hotel room was fine, our bed was fine but the kids were using a hybrid couch/bed thing. There was also a door that we werent able to lock in that room that lead out to the hall, which is a bit of a security concern.
However my biggest issue is with their bar/pub food. They had no system for booking a table, which anyone with kids will realise can be very stressful. It was a purely walk in basis and 2 nights we were told that there was nothing available. Hotel guests should really be given priority in a bar ran by the hotel itself.
Overall we were happy with our stay, but this is not really a friendly hotel for young families. More
