The hotel is in a great location since it is right by the Shiodome and Shimbashi stations, which gave us easy access by both subway and train to all the other parts of Tokyo. The nearby Shiodome City Center and Caretta Shiodome provided us with many good food options. The hotel is modern and beautiful, and our room was quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff are all very helpful too.

Dear Ms. Emily278,

Thank you very much for staying with us at Park Hotel Tokyo.
We are pleasure to hear that you have enjoyed your stay in Tokyo!
As you have mentioned, there is a lot of train lines near our hotel so it is easy to access both sides of Tokyo. We hear that train lines in Tokyo is very complicated for travelers. So we are more than happy to help you with directions and also for other information!
We appreciate your kind feedback and looking forward welcoming you again in the near future!

This is a very good hotel with all the amenities. The rooms are not large, but more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was large with both Western and Japanese food and had the best croissants I've had - and we recently spent 2 weeks in Paris. The location is excellent - Shiodome has a few rail lines and an indoor passageway with shops and places to eat gets you to Shimbashi and a lot more rail lines.

Room Tip: Definitely get a room with a view of Tokyo Tower - it's well worth it. You also get to see the trains going by down below. As the hotel starts on the 25th floor the train noise is not bothersome. At one point we saw 8 trains at the same time.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2015. The rooms are very nice and both the bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious for Tokyo. The location is great, walking distance to Tsukiji Fish Market and only a few minutes to Shimbashi Station and Ginza district. I'd like to extend a special thank you to the concierges, who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only complaint is the wi-fi, which was slow at times. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel employs an "artist in residence", and its lobby is crammed with "works of art". But in reality, the art is puerile, and the lobby is a mess because of all the exhibits. The service at the hotel is typically Japanese: polite, attentive, but highly obsessive, in the sense that things are done their way, or not at all.
Bedrooms are small and, despite an attempt to jazz them up with unusual wallpaper, are nondescript. The breakfast on offer is the most boring of the lot: exactly the same items, placed in exactly the same place, every single day without exception, with no attempt to vary items, apart from one boiled sausage which is offered on alternate days!
Overall, a solid but boring choice.
