Stayed 7 nights, October 2018. Stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find after a long flight from Narita (thanks Google Maps!). There is a FamilyMart directly across the street (very convenient!) The neighborhood is a quiet bedroom community, there isn't much in the immediate area of the hotel, however, as you walk towards the Nishikasai subway station (south exit), there are many restaurants and stores.

Our room was a medium sized room for Japan, ample space for the 3 of us. There was a double bed and a twin bed. We had an additional twin, but had it removed to have more space.

The room was a bit more tired that I would have expected, the carpet was really worn out, in much need of replacement and the walls severely scuffed and was peeling from one of the corners. Other than these minor cosmetic issues, the room was very comfortable and extremely quiet. Bathroom was spacious.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly, however, English was challenging for them. They tried to do their best, but was less than expected given the international clientele. It appeared that many guests voyaged to the Tokyo Disneyland/Sea based on the many souvenir t-shirts I saw being worn at the breakfast.

Breakfast was included and was the same daily. Yogurt/granola, scrambled eggs, wiener sausages, croissants, sliced Japanese bread, rolls, coffee/tea are all on the buffet. A decent breakfast and had us ready to go explore Tokyo.

All in all, not a bad choice for Tokyo. It feels far from the city even though it really isn't. Only 6 stops to Nihombashi. We had so many suitcases going home (shopping was great!) we took a taxi to Tokyo station to get back to Narita. Taxi was only about 20 minutes and about 4400 yen. Would recommend and stay again.

stay there in 2017 for ten days.
since there are not many places around there to serve breakfast, so it is a bonus to have a buffet breakfast every morning and do some laundry before heading to shopping.
The breakfast is ok, but it is the SAME every day. I still have a nightmare about it.
However, the staff is really friendly even though their english is basic.
I also like the lobby and restaurant layout of the hotel. If you want to organize something with your luggage in the lobby, it still gives you some privacy.
Even though it is a bit walk from the station, the route is easy to remember and feel safe.
Last time there is a special with Air Canada, if they have special rates i will definitely stay again.
I am still impressed by the friendliness of one of the hotel staff that wait with us for the taxi to come and make sure we are ok as we are foreigners. Thank you.

I stayed here for 4 night in October. The hotel was great, comfortable, clean, good hot shower, adequate breakfast. The wifi was strong. The only reason why I didn't rate it 5 was that the staff could hardly speak English, which is poor for such a large hotel. I would really recommend this hotel if you research things to do before you get to Tokyo as the staff can't help in English. Breakfast was adequate with cereal, sausage, scrambled egg, potato salad, rolls, juices etc. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Room tip: Single non smoking was great, large queen size bed.

We stayed 7 days in this hotel with my son. The room was comfortable and quiet. Though it was that big as expected in japan hotels. It was perfectly located and accessible if you are going to Disney Tokyo. Use Metro Train as our main transport to go around Tokyo. It was very confusing at the beginning but very easy once you figured. Just rent a wifi ht spot at the airport for $10/day so you can use google map whenever. They have 2 hotel one in kasai , on location bus terminal going to airports . I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely going back again here in the future. Also, the breakfast was free and good!

A good budget hotel in a good location. As others have said very close to Nishi Kasai metro station. There is a long arcade of shops under the rail tracks with some reasonable eating places. It is about 15 minutes on the metro into 'central' Tokyo, difficult to say where the centre is. The rooms are a good size, well presented and very well maintained by house keeping. Limited English spoken by reception staff, but we got by. Nothing to much trouble. We had one rainy day, and I came back with my trainers soaked. The receptionist noticed and immediately fetched a shoe dryer. Invited to sit in the breakfast area, shoes dried in half an hour whilst given a coffee. Breakfast is the only meal served, so the room is 'used' for guests to try and get on the intermittent Wifi. Breakfast was disappointing as we thought it was included in the price. However, it is a 'free' breakfast. Very much school canteen style, not really large enough if hotel is full. Have to take your trays back and clean your table ready for the next customer! Food was partially western, but poor/average standard. Coffee was good!
