It is near hatchobori and kayabacho metro station. The hotel is located near convenient stores and eateries. The staff are helpful and friendly. The standard rooms are are small, but it is the normal size of hotel rooms in japan. The bathroom is very compact but the usual amenities are provided, though the towels are very thin. It has a small refrigerator and tea maker, but no coffee. The bed is hard, same as the pillows and the hotel can only provide 1 extra pillow for 2 persons. Since the room is small, there is no enough space for a closet to keep/hang clothes, but very clean. The area for the breakfast is very small and is not enough if they have lots of guests. Either the guest has to wait for somebody to finish eating or prepare a packed breakfast and bring the food to the room. Not enough variation of food. The wi-fi is good.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel, Booked online. On checking in was informed that the Hotel has an inspection on our day of check out so we will need to early check out and can't leave our luggage at the hotel. Our flight was in the evening, which meant either spending the entire day lugging our luggage or going to the airport straight away and waiting there for over 8 hr.
This was not highlighted at the time of making the online booking??
The room was small as expected with no closet space, just a open area with a few hangers. No Coffee or tea in the room, there was a kettle with green tea only. No drinking water either, there was sign in the bathroom which said that the tap water was good for drinking.
Towels and toiletry was provided.
Breakfast was on the ground floor next to the reception, basic B/F Juice, coffee, bread, eggs sausages etc, good to begin once day.
Request for extra pillow and a power adapter was duly supported.
English language communication at the reception was passable but manageable. TV has only Japanese’s language program with paid option for movies. There was free Wi-FI and the connect was good.
The Hotel is well connected and the Metro station is 2 min walk.

Staying in a hotel in Tokyo can be expensive we stumbled on this hotel and booked it for a week. For a 3 star hotel this hotel is really good. It's a few minutes walk to the station. Reception can speak english, enough to get by and are friendly. The breakfast was alright for a 3 star, can't complain much. People would complain how the room is small but that's Tokyo for you, space is a luxury but we had no problems with 2 medium size case and 2 hand carry bags. Will definitely recommend

Tokyo I find is a pretty expensive city and we got this hotel at a cheaper price than areas like Shinjuku. However, the hotel was not fantastic. It was easy enough to travel from and about a 3min walk from Kayabacho metro station. However, the quality of the breakfast was poor and the room was way too small. When we asked queries to the reception like directions etc, they struggled to provide us with adequate answers as you may expect a hotel to.

I was on the fence about staying here based on TA reviews, but was really glad we made the decision to spend 5 nights. Are the rooms small? Yes, this is Tokyo. Are they clean, with great showers, plenty of sockets and very quiet? Yes. Are they a great price for what you get (and breakfast)? Yes, definitely. I did a ton of research before booking and Tokyo is expensive. How much time are you really going to be in your room? We were out by 7.30am walking to Tokyo Station for a trip - 15 mins very straightforward walk - and then back after dinner at 11pm. Breakfast was yummy. Staff all really nice. Would stay again and really recommend it.

Room tip: We were on high floor - very quiet
