It was a good hotel compared to the cost of accommodation in Japan. Near to almost everything and train stations. Was a bit difficult to locate the address. We roamed around a bit. So take a note of that, since we were depending on Metro
Overall good experience. There were many business people staying over there.
I traveled with family (spouse and 4-year-old child). So recommended for families also

Hotel is very accessable via train or limousine bus if you’re coming from the airport. Limousine bus can be used, you just need to go down in Tokyo dome hotel then walk to Richmond hotel. If via train, take Narita express to tokyo station. Then transfer to marounuchi line to korakuen station then walk from there. Maybe 5-10 mins depending on your pace (with me its 10 as i have a kid with me). :)

Place is surrounded by restos so food choices are endless. The base of the hotel is don quixote ( so shopping for souvenir is very convinient). There is also a theme park of sort right infront of it. So its a good place to visit if you have kids, teens or just want to ride a roller coaster. A mall is also near. Hotel can be accessed from Korakuen station and Suidobashi train station. :)

The room is a little small but comfortable. Small room is very common in Japan. The check in is a little long for us, maybe its because we’re a big group but its a breeze for one family. If you have kids they will give them their own toilettries and it comes with a small toy gift. :) im not sure if its the same to all the rooms but ours did not have any view since our window is frosted. :( no idea why... maybe for privacy but it would be nice to have part of the window a little clear just so we can see the weather outside. :) what i also liked about the hotel, they limit the smoking rooms to just one floor. :) front desk staff is very helpful and can converse in english. :)

All in all, im happy i found this hotel at a discounted price and that i get to stay here. It maybe far from the usual places that tourist take (like Shinjuku, Tokyo, Ginza and Shibuya) but Suidobashi has its own charm and surprises that is worth to explore. This hotel can be the best option for an affordable stay in one of the most expensive places in the world. Would definitely stay here again the next time i visit Japan!

- Do take a note that you have to walk about 10 minutes to nearest JR Station (JR Suidobashi Station) but dont worry the surrounding was so good even though we had 3 big luggage walking to the station is no problem
- The room maybe a little narrow if you are travelling with kids, but it fits perfectly for a couple
- They prepared pajamas, hand and face soap, shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner in the room
- Check in and check out is super easy
- There is a 24 hours don quijote supermarket beside the hotel so you can find everything you need
- we couldn't connect to the hotel wifi, but its ok because they prepared free cell phone on the room to use for the whole stay

Room Tip: higher floor to get better city view

With are trip this was the most compacted rooms with a tour we don't have a choice,as this hotel does offer other room size. With the compact twin there no room at all the beds are together no room to walk around and put two suitcase down when you move the furniture you can just fit two suitcase on the floor which could be a trip hazard. The hotel was very nice had everything you need even a laundromat. The location was good there a good shopping centre across the road with plenty of things for the children with roller coasters and rides . The staff was good I found they spoke ok English the there was a young man on the front desk that help me with planning my stay I just did not get his name. The subway is just down road .If you looking at a long stay I would not use the compact twin the compact single was fine .

1st visit to Japan and we took a chance on this hotel. Worked out fine. Stayed 3 nights.
As others have noted, there is a 24 hour supermarket right there. Also, there is a food court across street with a really good automated Sushi place. Didn't realize until last day that the cell phone is free with unlimited data and free calls to US, Australia, etc.
We stayed in the largest room available with 2 beds (deluxe twin). It was on same floor as the check in desk and the view outside the window was of the ferris wheel at Tokyo Dome. Really cool room...I think the room number was either 431 or 434 at the end of the hall. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Room Tip: Rooms facing Tokyo Dome & Ferrris Wheel are great.
