Overall good hotel with basic necessities. Spend a night here as I was on tour. Nothing to shout about but location is convenient and near a train station. Will consider to return as a family trip.

Breakfast tend to be crowded and the queue is really long. This can be improve further.

I had high hopes for this hotel. It looks impressive from the outside and is even better once you are in the lobby. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful on arrival but after that it was all downhill.

The Internet worked intermittently and a manager came up to try to fix it. He confirmed that it only worked in one part of the room, right by the door. He informed me that "I must report it the following day to housekeeping." When I asked why he couldn't do it he replied that he was going off shift and that was it.

I am not sure what the system was for operating the lifts but everyday there was a queue on my floor and the lifts were always full or going past my floor. One day over 50 people were queueing and only one lift appeared to be working. When you phoned down to reception you were told you would just have to wait. I persuaded a sympathetic maintenance many to let me and 9 others go down in the service lift.

Queues were a theme in this hotel. There was always a queue of 30-50 for breakfast which usually meant a 15-20 minute wait. Yet when you got into the restaurant there were always dozens of empty tables. When asked why we had to wait the managers otherwise good English skills would fail him.

The view, the food and the room was good. Management need to do better, much better!

We were very concerned to hear that some aspects of your stay were not satisfactory.
We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the internet issues. The response of our manager was completely unacceptable as well. We have plans to update our Wi-Fi equipments, but we regret not being able to resolve the issue before your visit.

Please allow us to apologize for the long wait for the lifts and restaurant. We are looking for solutions for the problem of lift and elevator congestion due to the surge in the number of group guests at certain times of the year and at certain times of day.

We look forward to yet another opportunity of welcoming you back again in the future.

We stayed at this hotel with our Nexus tour. Comfortable room on 17th floor. The only problem was the the room reeked of cigarette smoke, if seemed ingrained in the furnishings. The hotel staff said all rooms were occupied and we couldn’t change as we had at another hotel earlier. Japan seems full of cigarette smokers and is hard to avoid.
The buffet breakfast was OK. Cereal was the most difficult to find....coco pops and cornflakes were available. Fruit is expensive in Japan so enjoy it at breakfast. Travel with coffee if you can. The Dome provided plenty of options in the mini bar but only two free teabags. Also your own water bottles as no free water at this hotel unlike all the other hotels we stayed at. Location opposite a railway station, lovely gardens nearby.

I am currently writing this entering my 20th minute waiting for an elevator. 1 is not working and the other 3 each time they stop at our floor are full. Several times the elevator just goes right by. We have a breakfast meeting which we will either be late for or miss entirely.

The rooms are fine. The location and property is nice but the infrastructure is so bad that we will not ever stay here again.

A complete waste of our time.

Our view over the Dome and Amusements at night was stunning.
Our room was of adequate size and was well maintained and clean. The bathroom was good with quick hot water. The wifi worked well. The breakfast catered for a range of people and processed large numbers efficiently.
The railway stations were all in easy walking distance.
A pleasant stay.
