We stayed here for 2 nights so that we could visit Mont Saint-Michel. We could not have been made to feel more welcome, and through my broken French and the host's exceptional grasp of English she was able to provide us with lots of tips and tricks for our days out.
The days out were fuelled by the lovely spread put on each morning, consisting of different home baked goods each day.
Les Epinettes is a gem of a find, if it's for 1 night or 1 week do not miss out on this B&B.

We were expecting a standard B&B before we arrived. However the room was huge, large bathroom and full kitchen. The bed was very comfy, the place was spotless. Handy for some nice restaurants a short walk away. The larger town of Ponterson has large supermarket and lots of interesting shops. A short drive to the park and ride for Mont st Michel, worth a visit. Breakfast was not the usual continental. The owner Caroline makes her own cakes, breads, tarts, jams various and yoghurt... Delicious!!

Room tip: All five rooms looked good, ours was the "orange" room.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Spacious room with kitchenette. Nice garden. Possibility to borrow bicycles. Very friendly host who was eager to do anything for us to make our stay tip top. As there were several rooms we also met and talked to other guests.

A very charming and clean B&B. Rooms are cozy, quite and very clean (I think cleaner then in most upscale hotels). Breakfast is a bit limited, but everything is fresh and "french". The hostess is incredibly helpful and friendly. Wifi comes and goes depending on the occupancy and phone brand.
There is a number of restaurants nearby (towards the Mont St. Michel) and a super market (opposite direction from Mont St. Michel), so you won't starve.

This place is definetly a winner! The host is so charming and will go miles to satisfy your needs, to help you organise your trip or to give you adresses to visits. Clean rooms, fresh smelling linnens, excellent sweet breakfast, good location; try it and you'll be posting a good review too!

Un Bnb agréable, bien situé, calme, généreux, chaleureux, propre.. ne doutez point, réservez!
