“Lovely central villa”
Reviewed 21 October 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Absolutely loved the villa. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Great kitchen facilities, including washer and dishwasher. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses etc. Lovely surprise to arrive to a welcome pack of fresh croissants, marmalade, biscuits, milk, water, wine etc.

Excellent WiFi connection, in and outside the villa. TV good, my kids watched plenty of films, on all day if you wish.

There were plenty of sunbeds, a patio table and chairs outside. The pool area is very private and not overlooked. Large pool and a good outdoor shower.

The villa is in an excellent position, close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the strip, yet far enough away from noise/disturbance.

2 sets of keys provided, a safe and the villa is alarmed and very secure with locks on the gates too.

Very good/prompt communication from the owners.

Had a little issue with the Aircon leaking in a couple of rooms, didn't really bother us but the owner came straight round the next day to have a look.

The only other things to make the villa even better would be;

1) for the back garden to be tidied up and access available as it would have been nice to have had the option to sit at the back of the villa when the sun went down at the front (approx 4:30-5pm).

2) if the pool was cleaned daily (as in other villas we've stayed in - ideally early morning before 8am or later in an evening so guests aren't disturbed). It's a lovely big pool but I didn't go in it as I didn't see anyone clean it during the week we were there and although there is a net, it wasn't sufficient to remove all the bugs, leaves etc.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go again. I would definitely recommend this villa to others.

“A comfortable well appointed villa in a good location.”

As a couple we stayed the first week of October.
A car is not required; we made our own way to the villa by train and taxi and was no hassle. On arrival there was a bottle of wine and some groceries waiting for us which was a nice touch.
The villa was very comfortable and had everything required for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is a four bed/bathroom villa so we had plenty of space. However, it is considered that even full it would still be comfortable.
The kitchen was fully equipped with microwave etc though we ate out every evening.
The garden and pool were very private and the pool was clean and a very good size; there was a dining table and chairs on the patio and there is also a BBQ in the garden.
The villa was situated in a residential area 10 mins walk from 'the strip' and about 20 mins from the Old Town. The strip did get lively later at night but there are plenty of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. There were a couple of steep hills on the walk to the old town; however, taxis are plentiful in the area (and cheap) and also Tuk Tuks though these are more expensive.
Overall a great holiday and if asked would we go again the answer would be a resounding yes.
