We are here twice. The first time they very kindly stayed open for us at the request of our B&B owner Nicola. We had a much appreciated and splendid lunch.
We returned with a group of friends for a special tasting 8/9 course lunch which was simply amazing. The local wines served were delicious. Do not miss this restaurant.

One of the best places in the region, been 5 or 6 times always fantastic food and great service! A+++
In early November I was with the Authentic Puglia Tour of Pierluigi and Alessio at Corte Maria in Trinitapoli.
Here we have enjoyed a great meal twice, made of beautiful pure products served as a kind of "painting" on your plate.
Overwhelming flavors and the plate one desires for the eye that combined with delicious wines.
This restaurant therefore gets me five STARS, especially for the friendly service.
I love this restaurant, everything is perfect, the food looks so beautiful en tastes yummie! The inside decoration is very lovely and the staff is more then kind and treat you as special guests.
I was here for the ‘Authentic Puglia Tour’ with Pierluigi Parente and we had a wonderful lunch at our first day and later on we came back for dinner. I really recommend this restaurant to everybody who’s Looking for a great experience in Trinitapoli!
Highly recommended. Delicous food & wines with the soul of Trinitapoli. Varied choices. Pleasant atmosphere with kind waiters. Very good price quality rate. Don't miss this restaurant.
