Small enoteca with lovely interiors and frescoed ceiling just outside old town gates. Small but well stocked bar showcasing their biological wines from their own vineyard. Well priced by the bottle and wine tasting degustation . Very nice.

Beautiful bar at the entrance to the old village owned by Massimo Rivetti whose biological wines are the feature. They produce a great range of wines served by friendly English speaking staff (brava Cristina) or family members that includes a classic method Brut, Arneis, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and even Pinot Nero all served with excellent nibbles. A regular haunt

Great bar at the gate of the historical center of Neive: you can have wine tasting (we took 3 tastes for 7€, not a bad price at all) and the wines were very good! They also have biologic wine... so good that we decided to buy some bottles!
Perfect for aperitif!!

I often go here with my daughter for a nice glass of wine (the sparkling rose' is my favorite) which is always served with a selection of nibbles.
It is very friendly and run mostly by the family of the winery and helpful assistant, we always receive a warm welcome.
Upon arrival, you will be asked if it is your first visit there and if so, they explain all about their wines and how they are organic/biological.
It's cozy, but full of atmosphere inside and out.
The other day we went to the Castello di Neive for a wine tasting, highly anticipated and hugely disappointed, but luckily Porta San Rocco is just across the street and saved our afternoon out!
If you're in Old Neive it is a must go.

It is in Old Neive (voted one of the loveliest towns in Italy), when sitting outside it has a view of the old Roman gate. Although small there is a wide choice of good Italian wine which they serve with tiny but delicious bites (cheese, salami, fish). The prices are reasonable. It is a place ideal for a chat with friends. Definitely going back soon!
