The whole village is quite magnificent to visit. Some lovely walks around the town and is not affected by traffic. Visitors have to park out of town - a short walk. The buildings are beautiful whichever way you turn

This a cool little medieval village in south Finistere that looks like it hasn't changed in 500 years, apart from the shop signs. It's also a good place to get Kouign Amann, a delicious buttery cake from the region.

I was very much impresed ! It't like going back in time in an old british village..covered in flowers. Just wonderful! If you are in the area even 1hour by car...it's not to be mist!

We travelled to Locronan as something to do as part of a day tour to this area of Brittany from our Base in Concarneau.what a beautiful village. We followed a set walk around the village and had a wonderful couple of hours here. The buildings, atmosphere and small artisan shops kept us going for the 2 hour visit. We would definitely recommend to others as it proved to be a step back on time, but a rewarding step back.

We had a lovely time in Locronan, going on the short walk around town, visiting St Ronan's Church and looking at the beautful, well preserved buildings. We had a wonderful warm, sunny day. Later we came back for dinner. There are lovely classic patisseries, bars and restaurants. There are shops too. The architecture shows that Locronan was an affluent town in its history. Enjoyable, but you probably need a car or a tour to get there.
