Many thanks to the students and professors for their smile and their sense of hospitality. The quality-price ratio is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable. The wifi is a little slow but it works well.

Great Team which made a 100% Satisfying Stay

The level of service and kindness I experienced exceeded utter professionalism and reached an even higher level: I mistakely selected wrong dates for my reservation but, even though I arrived to the hotel during the night, the spirit of service -with which the staff is 100% commited- is so great, I was surprisingly given a room and allowed to stay for 2 nights at the same rate my iwrong nitial booking was made with. After such kind gesture, I found out most of the staff are hospitality students training and doing their internships, so the industry will be very lucky to have them as I am sure they will make great contributions to it!

This hotel is run by students of tourism school and their teachers. That is the reason for its superb service. I got a very detailed explanation how to go to the city center by a public transport. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre. The room I got was very big and modern. I also recommend to take a gourmet dinner served by students.

Difficult to find but just renovated. Student run with a smile. Clean and efficient. Maybe a better wifi needed.
I would definitely stop by again.
The dinner was fantastic. Thunk gastronomic experience at a pizzeria price.

I went to the hotel for lunch and it was amazing! The students were attentive, well-trained, and accommodating. The teachers oversaw the meal and were very kind. The view from the dining room is beautiful. The meal was perfect in presentation, quality, and quantity. If you have the chance to, definitely eat at the Hotel de Guyenne!

I had a great experience here! The staff was always helpful and there when I needed anything. The restaurant in the lobby had delicious food and all of the staff spoke English very well. I had no problems communicating with the servers and the menus were in English and French so it was easy to read. Would recommend!
