The rooms are spread throughout beautiful buildings in the grounds. They are all superbly decorated with a mixture of contemporary and traditional. Use is made of the ubiquitous oak wood, most if not all of the food and wine is either grown on site or locally sourced.
Wines are local, including of course from the Chateau.

Summer in the vineyard is beautiful with ever changing light enhancing the colours, and be sure to take a walk in the Forest of the Senses, just across the road where artists exhibit in the woods.
Take a bicycle ride around the area, a tour of the winery and vineyard, just sit and enjoy the ambience - whatever you want you will find here.

Pricing is what you expect for an outstanding property with superb service, location, food and accommodation, but definitely worth it.

Beautiful property with excellent service. It was a haven outside the bustling cities and not far from Bordeaux or St. Emilion. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. Loved the small terrace and nice welcome treat of strawberries and cannales. We dined at La Table and Rouge - both had delicious food and friendly service. We will return!

We booked our stay at a five star hotel, but this is a pure tourist trap!!! We ended up in a location at 1.5 km at Chateau Le Thil. This information is only shared after making the reservation (and in my case after paying). The room was dirty, bed was poor (it even moved when you went into it) and service was not existing. Upon arrival, we explained that this is not acceptable and not a five star accommodation. It was very clear that the staff is aware of this problem and doesn’t give about this situation. Money continues to come in and that’s what counts for them. So make sure that you stay in Les Sources (and not in Le Thil).
