Very nice restaurant with the right ambience. We loved this place, the food was great and the chill out music combined with a good glass of vine made it out favourite in Cherasco. Super friendly owner and staff.

I hate to say this, but the chef is great but it takes far to much time to get our food. I can accept if its slow because of many customers, but this is snail slow! We waited 30 minutes to order and 1,5 hours for only two dishes.

Calamari was great and also the Risotto. The Langhe Chardonnay for only 14 Euros was fabulous and saved our evening.

This was one of two places open between Christmas and New Years... There were couples at three tables... Even by Italian standards the service was exceedingly slow! The primi were ok... nothing special. The secondi were better but we have had better at other places... It was just Ok....

We were impressed with the menu for a 12 Euro weekday lunch offer last week while we were visiting from Canelli. There was a choice of 2 plates from the Menu and a desert with wine, water and bread included in this price.

Sat in the courtyard garden was relaxing and secluded. There was even free WiFi available there!

The food was presented with style and the quality of the cooking was as good as we have ever had in our 7 years being in the area. Like Michelin star quality.

The wine was a local Arnes from a bottle (not draft) and we even received a complimentary top up!

If you are in the area this place is worth a detour for lunch on a weekday for a bargain but even at full price in the evening or the weekend you wont be disappointed.

Really nice location (garden is very cozy), good wine list (and great Barolo reco from owner), attentive and personable service.
Food quality is mixed: good asparagus and rabbit ragu pasta (albeit not spectacular) but other dishes were less successful (pesto gnocchi lacked taste, other appetisers were disappointing). Competition in the area is high... Basics are there but have to put more effort!
