There is a pre defined set lunch Menu for Easter with a total of up to 10 dishes with price of 120 euro. The quality of food is excellent with the fact of extremely poor service.
It seems the waiters and even the chief and his wife are under pressure seeing so much people with full restaurant. The service quality is just the extremely extremely poor which is different to the quality of the meals.
It is a pity that with a Michelin one star frame, they just don’t know how to sever customers from the heart :-(
Probably this should be the main criteria going forward when Michelin assess and give their rating
