I was recommended to go here by the hotel I'm staying at. Still trying to get used to the "siesta" hours and having lost track of time sight seeing, a call was placed here and I was greeted at 2:30pm with arms open.
Everyone was so nice. There was a language barrier but that did not keep three of them in helping me select a good plate.
I had a salad to start with. I was presently surprised at all that was in it! Even corn. For lunch itself, I had the Ravioli. I'm not much of a pork person- but this dish had enough "ham" for flavor and the sauce itself was extremely flavorful.
As you know, Italians have portion control so don't be fooled by the amount on the plate, the taste itself will fill you up. For dessert I was recommend the "Mascarpone e nutella" by Fabio. .............Oh my word!!! This was just the right amount of sweet after the lunch.
On a side note, I met the owner, Rosaria, who has a very touching story. Her Bambino works there too and is the sweetest boy you'd meet. As a family operated business, I'm glad I came by here as the atmosphere was like having lunch at a friend's house.
I would recommend.
