We rented the apartment for a week in April 2018. It is a modern, very attractively decorated, well-appointed unit, with wonderful views of Carbis Bay from the lounge and master bedroom. All three bedrooms are very nice. It's located a quick walk to the train station (but there are no noise issues) for taking the handy train into St. Ives which takes less than five minutes. It's right on the coast path, which runs all the way into St. Ives in one direction, and to Lelant in the other. It's a quick walk to the beach. Parking is easy, and getting in/out of Carbis Bay is much quicker and easier than in/out of the narrow streets of St. Ives. There's a Tesco superstore less than a mile away. We ate at several of the handful of eateries in Carbis Bay -- Cornish Arms pub, The Bean Inn veggie restaurant, and Beck's Fish & Chips, and all were good. Water pressure was good, wifi worked well. It was too cold to use the patio furniture out on the large, shared patio/deck, but that would have been very nice. Our only complaint would be that the dining table was too large for the space and was hard to get around. Also, the kitchen lacks a large pot for cooking pasta.
