Our Apartment is spacious, light and airy, modern and comfortable and has stylish neutral interior design chosen by us. Everything in our Apartment is of very high quality from the unique artwork painted by local Artists to the White Company silk bed throw. There is a 42' plasma TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi and an Ipod docking station in the sitting area, and a plasma TV in the bedroom. There is also a selection of DVDs, games and books.
We offer guests a welcome pack, towelling mule slippers and complimentary size toiletries. Bed linen and towels are provided. We are very proud to have been chosen by PENHALIGON’S and more recently FLORIS to offer their complimentary size toiletries in our Apartments. PENHALIGON’S was founded in 1860 by William Penhaligon and was granted two very long standing Royal Warrants by HRH The Prince of Wales and HRH the Duke of Edinburgh. FLORIS, founded in 1730 by Juan and Elizabeth Flores is still run today from the same shop at 89 Jermyn Street, London, by direct descendants of the Floris family. Today, 2 very long standing Royal Warrants were granted by HM the Queen and HRH the Prince of Wales. Fictional James Bond always wore Flores No 89.
If it's peace that you're looking for then this is the Apartment for you, The Apartment building, a former Mine Captain's house has been tastefully renovated into 9 Apartments. The Apartment is located in a quiet oasis of calm, with a peaceful garden, pathway/steps leading down to the beach and coastal path. St Ives is only a few minutes car ride away, or a 3 minute train ride away. Carbis Bay Train Station is within walking distance of the Apartment, with a train into St Ives every 30 minutes. There is also a regular bus service into St Ives from Carbis Bay, and a bus stop within easy walking distance of the Apartment.
The Apartment has access to the white sandy beaches of Carbis Bay for surfing, a range of water sports, riding stables, sunbathing and the scenic North Cornwall Coast path is a few minutes away. Within 5 miles there are two 18 hole Golf Courses. There is a Tesco Supermarket within walking distance of the Apartment, or groceries could be pre-ordered online before arrival. There is also a Costcutter general store, a Pharmacy and a Hairdressing Salon within walking distance. St Ives is steeped in history, and a century or so ago, was renowed for tin and copper mining and fishing, but today, mining no longer exists but fishing still does.
The North West Cornish Coast was featured in the very popular TV series Poldark. St Ives is relatively unspoiled, which is why St Ives, encompassing Carbis Bay, is easily one of the UK's most popular holiday destinations. The cobble streets of St Ives and quaint old buildings are still here which are now mostly upmarket shops and restaurants and bars for dining out. There are many attractions to visit in St Ives such as the Tate Gallery, the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden and St Michael's Mount in Marazion (a very short car ride away) to name but three.

Absolutely wonderful apartment with beautiful furnishings and stunning views of the coastline. An excellent location too, as you can easily walk to the beach or sling the coast path to St Ives. Really thoughtful owners who provided a welcome pack in arrival. I would recommend this flat without any hesitation whatsoever.

Great place nicely situated
Not for people with either walking disabilities or no car. However if your prepared to walk it’s at great location breathtaking views. We had a great time here the hosts are absolutely lovely and professional. We would walk daily down the back of the property which has a steep hill to a beach then along the coast to st ives...,

Brilliant Apartment
A first class apartment in which you won’t be disappointed. Having stayed in a number of 5 star appointments over the years.

Beautiful apartment and breathtaking view!
Stayed at this beautiful apartment in Carbis Bay for a week. Chris and Janice made a real lovely effort, the apartment was beautiful with all amenities catered for, luxurious toiletries and a very welcoming welcome pack. We felt spoilt! The view from the window with the window seat was my favourite place, a breathtaking view which will stay with me for a long time. There is a pretty path all the way down to the beach, about a 10 minute walk which was so ideal. It is close to some lovely restaurants, the beach and the train which travels directly into St Ives. We will definitely be back an will highly recommend this lovely apartment. Thank you for a lovely week away Chris and Janice, we had a wonderful time. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Wonderful apartment in Carbis Bay
This is an amazing apartment with a wonderful view out over carbis bay. It is ideally situated just outside St Ives with a lovley walk on the coastal path to St Ives. Apartment is beautiful with great facilities and the welcome pack much appreciated. The window seat looking out towards the sea is extra special and it is one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in and hope to return next year
Good for walking around the local area and also for transport links further if you do not take a car.

Gorgeous Apartment
Have stayed in a number of apartments/houses over the years and this was by far the best. Beautifully decorated and equipped with the best of goods. Exceptional views from the window seat!! The best welcome pack ever!! Would definitely book again.

Beautiful views, 5 star cosy little apartment in an ideal location!
Wow wow That’s what I said on arrival! What a wonderful find! and I would definitely recommend it! Fantastic views every morning in a cosy and warm (underfloor heating) little apartment! Which was very welcoming when we walked in as it was March. The apartment had absolutely EVERYTHING! home from home with lovely little touches like 2 robes and slippers, a bottle of wine and chocs on arrival...... everything! Perfect location as it was lovely and quiet yet only a 30 minuet walk into St Ives. Walking distance to a cosy little pub and a handy tesco’s PERFECT! I would definitely go back and I give this property a 5 star! WELL DONE Janice and Chris!

Lovely apartment in ideal location
Great apartment in ideal location for walking to Carbis Bay or on the coastal path to St Ives. Nice sea view from window seat. Clean and well equipped.
Chris was also very helpful with communication when booking.

St Ives is 3 minutes by train, 5 minutes by car & a 20 minute walk from Carbis Bay where you will find a beautiful harbour lined with lots of choices of different restaurants and cobbled streets with lots of shops of interest . We also have the Leach pottery , Barbara Hepworth Gallery and the Tate Gallery. St Ives is surrounded by lots of beautiful white sandy beaches. There is something here for everyone young or old. Once people have visited this special place they come back time and time again.

By Car - The main route is the M5 and then either the A30 or A38 shortly after Exeter. The A38 rejoins the A30 at Bodmin. The A30 takes you across Bodmin Moor while the A38 will lead you into Cornwall across the Tamar Bridge in Plymouth. Most people use the A30 as this takes you all the way to the St Ives area.
By Rail - There are regular mainline services from all over the UK to St Erth, the nearest mainline station. You can take the scenic St Ives branch line to Carbis Bay or take a taxi, costing about £8.
By Air - The nearest airport is Newquay, which has regular flights from Gatwick and other major UK cities.
