We paid 14 euros for the tour. Which seems a bit steep. But it was totally worth it. For almost 2 hours we were taken back in time and got to see some really amazing stuff. Even my 4 year old was thrilled with everything she saw. It would be great if English speaking tourists would have some sort of an audio guide, but it's a terrific experience. 100% recommended.

Nicolas from Agritarismo Podere Casale recommended a visit to this castle. It was definitely worth the stop. We would recommend making a reservation for an english speaking tour if you are not fluent in Italian. Even though we understood very little we enjoyed seeing the interior of the castle. We met a very nice couple that are from Milan. After the tour we had a very tasty lunch together at the bar/cafe. We were very surprised when they paid for our lunch. I am still amazed that they did that.

The private tour was fantastic and left the impression of what it is like to live in a 1000 year old castle. Highly recommended.
