Just got married here and it was the most perfect day!! From the surroundings of the hotel to the friendliness of the staff. We couldn't have picked a more beautiful venue. The hotel itself is lovely and so modern and every room is different. The staff made us feel so welcome and special. Will definitely be going back for our anniversary 🥰

Email we sent to Gleddoch House after our stay last weekend
We would like to thank you for the wonderful weekend we had with you. We initially had some concerns our friends would not make our dinner réservationat 9, as it was their flight was delayed, however my husband ordered the food as they were checking in and all was good, the wait staff were great and even made a fuss of our dog later when we were in the lounge area.
The following day we mentioned our room was very hot and we could hear a lot of noise from the wedding, we were moved rooms complimentary and even helped to move .
We decided to stay another night with our friends and that was accommodated.
All the staff were friendly, courteous and especially the evening restaurant staff who took time for us.
The standard of our meals was superb, no complaints there.
We have stayed previously some time ago, but this time seemed exceptional. A great introduction to our friends from England.

Best experience in a hotel, could not fault anything during my stay, staff are friendly, efficient, care about the service they provife, food was excellent, swimming pool, sauna, steam.room, jaccuzi available to use during your stay. Would definately stay again.

Shocking service for a hotel booked for a surprise 60th Birthday, friends had booked days off and organised travel. Received a call and was informed five weeks prior to arrival that facilities were closed for refurbishment for 5/6 months with just a simple sorry. I had booked spa treatments recently and at no point was told facilities were being/or in need of an upgrade.
Poor service.

Please accept my sincerest apologies that our spa facilities will be closing for renovations which impacted your 60th birthday plans. I understand your frustrations as our spa facilities are a big attraction for our hotel. We have contacted all of our guests as soon as our refurbishment dates were confirmed. All other areas throughout the hotel are open as normal as well as our spa treatments, however our spa facilities will be closing.

My husband surprised me with a luxurious spa stay over in a secluded area on route towards Greenock. The facilities were amazing and are perfect for couples looking for a getaway from the noise of the city. I had a massage while my husband played a round on the golf course.
Room, Spa facilities and restaurant were very well staffed and maintained.
Spa team in particular were very great and seemed a happy bunch.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway !
