Please accept my apologies that the music from one of our weddings on Sunday caused for a disturbed sleep.
I am also very sorry that our spa area was busy, however after investigating further, at no point were we at full capacity in our facilities.
After speaking with yourself at the time you brought your complaint to my attention, I had asked the wedding band to promptly turn the music down, along with closing all doors and windows leading towards your room. Unfortunately, as we were at full capacity, we were unable to move you to an alternative room which we would have been more than happy to do.
We take noise complaints very seriously here at Gleddoch Golf and Spa Resort, as we want all of our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, however we are not liable for the noise of our guests. Due to the inconvenience you experienced, you did receive further compensation than what you have stated in your review. During our conversation you also stated that you would like to have a return stay with us.
Our wedding guests have access to our main function bar which is for private use, and our dram bar which hotel residents are more than welcome to use along with our 19th bar which is for hotel guests.
Please be assured our team works hard to ensure all of our guests get a 4 star experience, I am sorry on this occasion we have failed to meet your expectations.
