We are glad to read that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the loveliness of our receptionist.
Nevertheless, we deeply regret your impression about our hotel.
It is true that we do not allow our customers to eat food in the rooms following the many incidents that we have known in the past. On the other hand, as you have noted, it is entirely permissible to consume food and drink in our breakfast room. Moreover, we offer there a food and drink service available at any time.
You are also right that although we offer a wide range of French TV channels, we do not offer foreign channels. However, we offer free broadband WIFI access which allows to watch foreign TV channels online as you have experienced.
Finally, the bathrooms in our standard rooms are generally considered very functional by our customers and the double beds with which they are fitted have a standard queen size of 160 cm x 200 cm.
For your next stay, I invite you to book one of our three superior rooms, which have significantly larger bathrooms and 180 cm x 200 cm king size double beds.
