Ryokan was very small and took a little effort to find it, even with the GPS. Facade and decor of ryokan was a little dated, and room was small. However, service was excellent despite limited English spoken by the staff. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast, both served in the room, were elaborate and lovely. Note that you'll have to sleep on a futon in the room and that may not be for everyone. We didn't have any problems getting access to the baths. Really lovely place. Supermarket and a convenience store just across the road from the ryokan. Would recommend a stay there.
