A designed design environment of architect Ettore Cacciavillani, in the heart of the food valley. And if the décor and the attention to detail have always been its stylistic figure, it is in the dough that Dante expresses all the love for his product, all prepared with the use of top quality ingredients. There is therefore a type 1 , type 2, cereal and classical yeast, all with different times and ways of preparation and leaven. Periodically, more experimental mixtures are found, with an ad hoc filling: pistachio paste, hemp, quinoa and wholemeal, fennel, etc. each week they invent new pizzas. Càrme wants to be a workshop of ideas, in a relaxing environment where you can listen to the right music while enjoying the pizza or one of the other culinary delights offered.
