I called the hotel because I couldn't get in touch with my dad in the past week. She not only refused to search my dad's name, she sounded so reluctant to help. Worst service ever!
She mentioned she will return my call obviously she didn't, I even asked her to put me to connect to the hotel manager she rather stay in mute. Really cannot imagine how to rely on such hotel
