One overnight stay in this ocean front resort.
The resort is big - four main buildings with two major restaurants and several gardens. The rooms were sold out to individual owners and the hotel staff maintain the rooms and lease to guests. The individual owners are entitled for a period of stay (1 month?) each year. I like this idea.
There is not much to do near the resort except the beach. If you enjoy quiet, relaxed and lazy vacations, it is a good choice. It is a bit far from the railway station as well as Wenchang city. You would need a car (we rented one from Haikou Airport and drove to Wenchang).
The rooms are bit smelly maybe due to the humid climate. But after you open the window and door, it would become ok. Each room has a nice patio. There are two outdoor pools.
Overall, nice place and will go there again.
