Stayed here 3 times before with friends and family. Going again in October (2nd time this year) Can't say anymore good things about this hotel because I've used all the superlatives before LOL. I'm going again this year just for the food and calvados. It's a no-nonsense hotel that does exactly what it says in the brochures. If your going to visit the war stuff in Normandy, this hotel is right in the middle of everything you will want to see. A good nights kip, in a clean, comfortable room, with superb food. What more could you ask for? Be advised, its a 3 storey hotel with no lifts, so if you give the calvados a good seeing-to, you may have difficulty getting back to your room. LOL
Joking aside, as I mentioned previously, I'm going there again this year for a short break with the Memsahib. Done all the war stuff on previous trips, so this one is just for the food, which is superb.

Room Tip: If you like calvados, ask for a ground floor room !

Greeted by very friendly owner who spoke perfect English. Rooms clean, comfortable and provided everything you needed and wouldn't expect for a budget hotel. Great food and service in the bar and restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel and is in a great location to visit the Normandy beaches. Excellent value for money.

Stayed here for one night. The lady on the desk spoke excellent English and was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, tea and coffee and a kettle provided which is rare in France in my experience. We ate in the restaurant and although there were 8 of us service was great and the food was all good. Breakfast was ok, standard continental fayre, though one of our party was told off for going back for seconds! I would definitely stay here again.

After a long day in the saddle we arrived at the Kyriad and were made to feel very welcome from the start. Our bikes were kept safe at reception, we had a welcome beer and then went to our room. It was perfect for us, slightly wacky in design with hot showers and clean room. Dinner and breakfast were fine and we set off refreshed. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you

We had booked this hotel as a stopover on a cycling trip, so were hoping for a hot shower, excellent meal and a comfortable bed. We were delighted to get this and more.... On arrival, we asked if there was somewhere secure to put our bikes and this was swiftly arranged (indoors just off the main reception.) We had a ground floor double room, which was a good size, ensuite with a shower with plenty of hot water, towels, hairdryer etc. There was also a kettle/tea/coffee/biscuits, free Wi-Fi and a TV. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows (a bonus!)
After a couple of beers in the bar, we went through to the restaurant and were served by a friendly waitress who talked us through the menu. All of the dishes were well cooked and presented. We would particularly recommend the goat’s cheese salad starter and the main brochette of prawn and scallops which came on its own wrought iron stand – impressive! We had a pitcher of the house red which went down well after a day in the saddle – unsurprisingly we slept very well.
The breakfast was a do it yourself buffet, with a full range of options (yoghurts, fruit, ham, breads, fresh croissants.) We would definitely recommend this hotel and were particularly impressed with the friendly and helpful service.
