We are sorry you were so cold during your stay. We keep the house at 70 degrees. We bumped all the way up to 74 the first night after you mentioned you were cold. We have an ecobee thermostat that we are able to remotely adjust anytime the guests are needing a temperature adjustment. I also just checked and verified the all of the vents are open. They might look closed because they have filters in them. I would say 9 out of 10 of our guests have actually asked us to turn the heat down as they have been too hot. Everyone runs at a different temperature though. I also looked at the heater and it works just fine. As with any space heater if you run it all night it needs a cool period as a safety mechanism. I am glad that you guys had a good time skiing though. It is over at utmost concern to make sure that our guests are comfortable. It saddens me on a personal level to get a mediocre review when we put so much time an effort to make sure our guests are comfortable.
