The place was lovely and very relaxed but I feel the staffing was a little let down. We arrived at 10.30am and were happy to wait for our room, checkin was 3pm. We ventured into Canguu and found a lovely cafe for breakfast. Upon returning to the hotel around 12.30pm, we asked if our room was ready, we thought it might be seeing as check out is 11am and the knew we’d already arrived. We waited in reception and further waited until we asked again at 2.25pm if our room was ready, to be told 3pm. It wasn’t until I questioned it, funnily enough our room was ready! They have tried to go technical with QR codes for room service etc, but ours didn’t work, we then ended up with two people bringing us menus. Spa however was amazing…the undies however that they give you to wear did give the hubby and I a chuckle. Breakfast had a great selection but was very Balinese unless you like pastries and donuts.
