Great staff, good buffets, ornate & clean rooms, comfortable beds, live music is not optional

The employers were outstanding here -- a particular shout out to Danu who really was welcoming to all the guests and made an effort to ask them about their day. The restaurant had a delicious Indonesian buffet for dinner and a Western ala-carte menu. For lunch, there was an occasional pasta bar or taco bar.

I would gladly stay here again but my only minor gripe is that the live music 3-4 nights of week are not optional as you can hear it from your room. The room was exceptionally clean.

Within walking distance are dozens of restaurants and a handful of 24 hour convenience stores to purchase snacks.

The hotel gym is small and cramped, but the neighboring building is a a multi-story gym with cafe/coworking that was excellent! I think it was roughly $8/day.

Room tip: There are some precarious sidewalks in the neighborhood so bring a flashlight, but you can access dozens of restaurants, gyms, minimarts.

Amazing Hotel

We have had the pleasure of staying at Swarga for the second time, and we are delighted with our experience at this hotel. From the room to the facilities and the restaurant, everything has been exceptional, particularly the information service and cleanliness. The staff have been highly professional and responsive. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at Swarga Suites next year and bring my family along. I would particularly like to stay in a pool access room, as it would be ideal for my child who enjoys swimming.

Amazing Stay

I was stayed with my family in pool access. The room was big and clean. We enjoyed to stay the room with pool access, the pool just few step from balcony and my kids was happy. Service was excellent from all staff. Everyone were polite and friendly. I will return for next stay.

Highly recommended

Very good service, accommodation and overall perfect experience.
The spa treatment for couples was amazing, very relaxing and really made you feel at paradise.
All the staff are super friendly and nice, I will recommend and come back.
