Staff was super friendly and the rooms were large. Also, the location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and to many restaurants. The hotel really quiet at night, ideal for people who just want to relax. The only negative thing I have to mention and that is definitely not the hotels fault, is the trash and garbage at the beach! This is a shame.

Beautiful hotel when you have a suite ocean view high floor.
Great breakfast.
Stay by the pool and walk along ocean, looking at the big waves.
Good Indonesian cooking and many activities for guests.
The staff is so kind and polite so you'll feel as at home.

An awesome resort. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The staircase is quite steep so you wouldn’t want mobility issues!
The staff are all incredibly welcoming and made sure we were comfortable with our stay. The breakfast bar had plenty of options although a muesli or another cereal option would be ideal.
The pool area was lovely although only minimal beds so need to ensure you grabbed one early but no dramas.
The location was perfect with a family - 10-15 min walk to Batu Balong along the beach, shuttle to Finn’s right out the front, and short walk to restaurants towards Berawa - 700m. So many great options and streets a lot quieter than Canggu itself.

What an amazing hotel! Will be our go to place to stay for Canguu!
My Wife and I stayed here from the 16-22nd Aug 24. We had a pool access room, 206.
The hotel, rooms, staff and facilities are all great.
The hotel is spacious and well appointed with a big pool, restaurant, Rooftop Bar, and small gym.
The gym is a standard hotel gym with limited equipment but good enough for a workout. We did notice it got quite hot in there and the towels weren't stocked, and no cleaning spray.
The pool is a good size and a nice temp.
The breakfast at the restaurant was a standard buffet breakfast, we only ate there twice, opting to go to some great local spots like Copenhagen and Baked which are walking distance.
The rooms are excellent, we travelled with 3 big cases and there was loads of storage space with two wardrobes, draws, bedside tables. The bathroom is excellently appointed with amenities and a large bathtub and separate shower. Despite having people either side and above we never heard any noise so feels very private and can relax in peace. The bed was very comfy with good pillows. The window lounge was lovely and a nice addition to the room. The entertainment was a bit limited on the TV as having to use a foreign login so didn't use the TV really. The free mini bar is excellent, coca cola, pringles, cookies, tea, coffee and water. It was nice this was restocked in the AM and PM turn down, nice touch!
The best part of this hotel is the service. Unfortunately my wife became quite unwell during our stay. I had to add some more nights to our booking, request certain foods from the restaurant and get a late check out, all of this was accommodated with staff being understanding and considerate. In particular I would like to mention Evi, the restaurant supervisor was amazing, anything we needed, whatever time in the afternoon she personally sorted. Porridge, toast, banana, nothing was too much trouble, she really was excellent, thank you! You're help especially made a bad situation much better!
Rhina & Chris at reception were also great. I spoke to Rhina on the 20th and Chris on the 21st. Rhina helped me get two extra nights at the hotel and was very helpful moving things around so we could stay in the same room. Chris was great at getting us a later checkout and being able to maximise our time in the room for the comfort of my wife. Thank you both of you!
The location of the hotel is great, you can easily walk along the beach Finns and Atlas are a 5 minute walk and Old Man's is 10 minutes in the other direction, it's a lovely walk at sunset.
The vouchers and free activities you also get from the hotel are great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, because of the rooms, location and especially the staff we would highly recommend this hotel and will be back!
