We thoroughly enjoyed a wedding reception here last Saturday. The attention to detail was exceptional. Everything was on time as requested, food was superb, hot and tender beef, tables of 10 all served together. Waiting staff pleasant and professional as we're bar staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall excellent, will be back

The hotel setting is beautiful and the hotel rooms are great. We were not happy with out first room compared to dad's ours was small with a poly bathroom but they moved us with a free upgrade which was wonderful. The tv in one of the rooms was way to small for the room. The cleaniness of rooms could have been better there was long black hairs on bathroom floor and in shower and were not ours. Ther was a cobweb hanging from ceiling so not great. Breakfast was great when made fresh but the first morning they hot trays food was very dried up bacon hard, potato, soda bread and eggs too. The next morning we had to order what we wanted which was so much better as was fresh. Food at night just ok chips were not good they were hard and steak came cut up which was strange and it was a bit tough. There is an early bird menu but we had to ask for it was not offered. The really annoying thing was the room key never worked and rooms were quite a walk from reception every time we went out had to go get key reprogrammed which was not good. Staff said could be near phones but they weren't or we have went too far away during day but my dad's key worked that day so not that. Overall I did have issues but would go back for spa which was wonderful

We held our wedding reception at Corick House on 11th October 2018.
From the first time we set foot in the place we knew it was the venue for us.
From the day we booked our wedding until the day of the wedding the service we received was second to none.
The grounds are amazing for photographs and all of our guests commented on the fantastic meal they received and the service they received throughout the day from the staff.
The room was decorated beautifully and looked exactly how I had envisioned it to be.
I want to give a speacial mention to Cheryl, this lady is brilliant at what she does. She looked after us on the run up to the wedding and on the day itself she ensured everything ran like clockwork.
I really can't recommend Corick House highly enough. If you are looking for a wedding venue look no further. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Our Directors and Management have a strict rule of best practice in place throughout all departments and staff are trained to follow the guides to ensure that our guests receive the best service available.

Again the facilities have increased from small weddings of 80 guests up to 300 guests at present.

Corick house is a lovely , quiet, peaceful hotel ,set in lovely countryside. Check in was very quick. We had room 238 which was huge. Beautifully decorated and massive bed. We had an hour in the serenity suite which is a private sitting room with a steam room and outdoor Jacuzzi. I then had a facial with Natasha which was fantastic. So relaxing I fell asleep. We had lunch and dinner and breakfast and all were great. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I held our wedding (including ceremony) at Corick House on 10th October 2018.
Right from the very first meeting we had with the wedding team we were well looked after.
Upon arrival we were given tea and coffee with delicious heart shaped shortbread and shown a number of wedding albums and the brochure to review while we were meeting. The wedding co-ordinator went through the various packages in very fine detail and explained everything to us. He then took us on a full tour of the hotel including the spa, the choice of bridal suites they had (tradition one in the original part of the hotel and a more modern one in the new extension), and the function rooms.
We actually had to think of something to ask as he covered literally everything we needed to know.
Fast forward a few weeks, we decided to go with Corick House and their "Happily Ever After" package, and due to having a smaller more intimate wedding we went for the Garden Suite that allowed us direct access to the gardens and to the conservatory for guest to mingle and sit, and also decided upon the modern bridal suite.
Throughout the planning stages of our wedding the staff at Corick House were also so helpful in answering any queries we had and replied to emails within a few hours at most. They were also able to make suggestions to assist in our plans also.
We visited the hotel a couple days before our wedding with a car load of boxes of decorations, sweet jars, Chinese lanterns etc and the team were very helpful in assisting us in unloading the car and putting all of our bits and pieces into storage in readiness for the day. Patricia (function manager - I hope I got your title correct) went through all the final details and timings of the day and made sure she and her staff knew what had to go where and at what time etc to make sure everything would be as we were looking it to be.
On the day itself, Patricia greeted us (separately of course :) ) and showed me the ceremony room and was concerned that it was set up as we expected - it was beyond expectations I must say. Everything was perfect and the room was beautifully decorated and had such an amazing atmosphere.
Anything we needed on the day was met with the same usual helpfulness and friendliness, and nothing was too much bother for the staff.
The bridal suite was also so beautiful and the rest of our guests who stayed over night also commented on how good their rooms were, and how great the breakfast was.
We stayed an additional night to make use of the spa and to relax following the wedding, and as there was another wedding booked we did have to move to another room. We were given another junior suite complete with a two person shower and roll top bath in the ensuite - VERY relaxing!!!!
When we visited the spa we were surprised to find that we had been offered their private serenity suite on the house - private relaxation area with outdoor hot tub, complete with a glass of bubbly each.
The spa is small compared to others we have visited but has a wonderful atmosphere and lovely staff. We had a couples massage and the therapists were very professional and we both got a very relaxing treatment.
Before leaving Patricia made a point of coming over to see us to make sure we were happy with everything and to wish us all the best in our future together.
We are looking forward to returning to Corick House to make use of the complimentary anniversary stay that came with our wedding package.

I should add that we have been to Corick a number of times during our engagement for meals and even just for a bar snack or drink, and every time we have been greeted with smiling faces and very helpful staff.

Thankyou so much to everyone who helped us throughout our planning and then on the day - I have a few names of staff that I would like to commend for their help but there are too many to name here.

Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
