I travelled with frontier March 8, as I arrive to Tampa, and pulled my luggage off the belt, my handle was missing, and my wheel was broken. I do have travel insurance, baggage insurance, and they refuse to give me anything to claim my insurance, not with their airline, but with my own insurance. They said it’s where in tear, I took the Delta flight back home and they made me sign a waiver, so I wouldn’t go after them For the damaged luggage. Horrible customer service, I have emailed them five times and they are ignoring me. I’m not even claiming it towards their airline, I have my own baggage insurance, and I would like to have the insurance cover my luggage, but again they will not send me any paperwork towards us, as they do not want to admit that they did this…
