“You get what you pay for”
Review of Frontier Airlines

Reviewed 23 September 2018

You get what you pay for. Cheap ticket price, but they gouge you to choose a seat, take a bag, get anything to drink/eat.

Had a good flight on Frontier. Had no problem with check-in at the airport. However, had a longer wait since there was only one agent because the other agent(s) called off. Plane was clean and stewardess' were friendly. Only complaint is that this is a "no frills" airline thus you did not get a drink, pack of pretzels, nothing. Thus suggest bringing your own snacks on the plane if flying long distances.

Both flights were (to and from SFO) were delayed. first flight was delayed by almost an hour after they moved us from gate 46 to 44 to 46 to 44 just to go back to 46...
a carry on cost 40 additional $ each way.

This airline has zero customer service! They routinely delay the late flight on Sundays just under 12 hrs so that it isnt cancelled just delayed. Thus there is no refund! Zero notifications, snippy counter personel. Zero assisstance finding another way home. Remember you get what you pay for! Never choose this airline! Literally every other airline and car rental agent we spoke to in MCO knew it was Frontier and this was standard from them!

I just needed a cheap flight back from Denver after driving a car out to my daughters. It was cheap however the ticket read that I could not bring on the plane even a carry-on. I had to purchase a check bag for just under $30. Even with this charge it still was the cheapest flight there was and we landed safely!
