Well it is nice to get on a plane and fly away from home to any form of enjoyment, but it seems like they have added seats thus reducing your seating space, no free in air wifi? Why not! ? plane was fine, both flights had good attendants , small snack, but a drink was included, and it went smoothly, just the personal area you have has shrunk, you almost think they are trying to get you to upgrade, and what’s with the bag fees, or for that matter the free carry on but at the gate they take them away, now you get to go to baggage collect and wait, over flight was good, price does not reflect leg room, but hey you fly them and you decide, cheers

Worst flight management ! There is no accountability with united - the flight was delayed for 3.5 hrs - should have been informed earlier if the flight was planned to be delayed,

Leaving STL I think, on UA458 going to Denver. Check in was very easy and no worries. After boarding plane Patrick and Cedrien was the crew that served us o Oct.30th. Snacks came soon after takeoff flight was good. Upon arrival in Denver our family group met with other family member's, and we continued on to Keno Hawaii. Chloe was our flight crew member who served us. I was really disappointed in the cold food and option that was served. I chose the pasta dish with something and tofu. The pasta was delicious but the something else was awful. A better choice would have been the pasta salad and a turkey club or ham and cheese. It didn't help the taste being cold. The flight UA1758, was perfect from Denver to Keno Hawaii.
Leaving Keno on 11-6 was again an easy check in and boarding. But again, the options of food as a meal was poor. I chose the chicken breast and again not sure what else was on the tray. The salad did not come with any dressing and the meal again served very cold. Arriving in Denver there was snow and flight was delayed about 30 minutes which was fine to spend 30 more minutes with family before we returned to STL and they went to Detriot. Denver to STL flight UA652 had limited snacks due to the snow but again that was okay. I would like to say the Hawaiin roll served with both meals may have been the best part of the entire meal..........if you could have spread the butter as it was froze.
So, thank yous to Chloe and Patrick and Cedrien flight crew and captain.

It’s almost one year I’m missing baggage they liers and screamers bad service bad services one supervisor told me gave me refund and other supervisor told me denied I recommend not to travel again with united airlines

My name is Sreevani Bollam, I want to give my experience about the flight united airlines. This airlines is one of the worst airline in the world. They don't take care of their passengers, I was flying from Richmond VA- Louisville Kentucky. I had a really bad experience. The flight took off without even boarding me. I flew from Richmond to Newark, In Newark they announced a flight delay and asked us to wait for an hour. we all were in an assumption that we will get a flight in an hour. but this didn't happen. Once all the passengers stepped aside to go use the restrooms as there was a wait, flight all of sudden started boarding the passengers and takes off leaving lot many people behind. when I asked how did they do it. they pointed that it was you all fault. I was left to go nowhere and no flight was booked for me and next day I had to be at school for my university start date. I enquired with my husband and asked him to book another flight as I didn't have anytime and need to be at school the very next day. It was almost 11pm in Newark airport they had no flights. I had to drive back to Baltimore and board another flight to Kentucky early in the morning 5am. After all of these situations the airline is not ready to give my refund back, they are just asking me to reach out to a team who don't reply to your emails or calls. Now my money is stuck, Now the only option I have is to Sue the airlines for my experience.
