After a delay we were held up in the air for 45 mins. Missed my connector to get on the next flight. Once on my final flight had to exit aircraft for maint issues. Waited another hour to board just to sit on the plane for 45 mins while we refueled. Most unorganized airline with rude flight attendants

I fly to Canada every 6 weeks, I always try and go with Air Canada, but there flights get pushed to United . when they do 100% of the time the flight is delayed I always take the 8:45 am flight or the 7 am flight ,therefore I miss my connecting flight ,When I try to rebook the United employees at counter are rude and nasty and not helpful they hand me a card United business card with no phone number on it , today I called United to try and get a later connecting flight the hold time, was 60 minutes , My father was a captain for United for 42 years , he said when he retired they were going down hill, United use to be the best so professional, now the employees are not helpful and rude . The newest CEO Scott Kirby is more interested about DEI and be woke instead of public safety and being professional I WILL NEVER FLY UNITED AGAIN

Greetings,
United I'm truly disappointed in the way you handled my party of 4 from the flight from Turks to Newark, totally unacceptable understand the weather is out of your hands but the very least any employee could have done for the many customers was keep them informed, gave out vouchers, given info on the bag situations which at Newark was chaos today I truly seen what United stands for and that's not being UNITED for their customers. I had to pay for extra accommodations because I flew with kids which was an extreme hassle to go back in forth to gates then to be told ALL FLIGHTS ARE CANCELLED. BAGS WERE AT TERMINALS UNBEKNOWNST TO CUSTOMERS. I would love for a Supervisor to reach out with any compensation 347-598-7315 or email: speedyqua@me.com

Essentially held us hostage until someone gave up their seat in business class as they had overbooked. Missed our departure slot, stuck on tarmac for three hours. Then a mechanical fault occurred so we had to deplane and another five hours in the terminal. They provided vouchers for 15 bucks to be used in the airport to get food, but it was 5am at this stage so that only left one place in the entire terminal and 15 bucks barely bough a bottle of water and a chocolate bar. Once we eventually took off, none of the screens were working so those that struggle to sleep on a plane were left with nothing to do for 7 hours. No apologies offered and the closest thing I got to compensation was 5,000 bonus miles - have flown almost 1 million miles with UA, but I won't fly again with them - this was the final straw

We took three flights with united
They were all the most uncomfortable journeys. I am only 5ft but could not touch the floor infront of me due to the lack of space from the seat infront of me
The food was bad .it seems though the seating has been made smaller to compensate for economy plus. We are well travelled. This was not a good experience
