I fly to Canada every 6 weeks, I always try and go with Air Canada, but there flights get pushed to United . when they do 100% of the time the flight is delayed I always take the 8:45 am flight or the 7 am flight ,therefore I miss my connecting flight ,When I try to rebook the United employees at counter are rude and nasty and not helpful they hand me a card United business card with no phone number on it , today I called United to try and get a later connecting flight the hold time, was 60 minutes , My father was a captain for United for 42 years , he said when he retired they were going down hill, United use to be the best so professional, now the employees are not helpful and rude . The newest CEO Scott Kirby is more interested about DEI and be woke instead of public safety and being professional I WILL NEVER FLY UNITED AGAIN
