Getting to the airport with plenty of time to check bags but there is already a massive line. As more people arrive people start cutting everywhere and there is no accountability from the employees. When we get to the gate they ask for volunteers to take a later flight for 1000 dollar voucher. I volunteer with a few others but then they call everyone who volunteered to delay to board the plane. They also let all 10 standby passengers on and there are still several open rows. No idea why they went through that entire hassle. the flight was nowhere near full. On the plane it was ok. Leg room was nice for economy plus. The seats themselves were awful. Felt like sitting in a plastic stadium seat. Crew was good. The plane was a 24 year old a320. Don't know if that was why the seats were awful. The 737 we took on the second leg of there flight had much better seats.

I was ailing and appreciated riding solo in the trio of seats. Service was cheerful and the flight smooth, the pilot making up for lost time at departure. The toilet is spacious in this new aircraft the 787.

The flight was smooth, on time, and not full so the overnight wasn't too bad. I waited in the United Club beforehand.

United were fabulous. We were given 3 seats for the two of us as the flight was not full.
Stretched out a bit and that did make a big difference.
Food was quite good too with hot crossiants for breakfast.

From curbside luggage check, new amenities , shops and food service in terminal C, gate loading and great on board staff, United airlines has definitely understood the needs of the passengers. I look forward to flying United again.
