Please do not use Swiss International Air Lines!

Their service is absolutely appalling and communication is atrocious!

We have filed for compensation 23rd of September and we was disappointmented with the unfair outcome and the appalling response from their consultant Unaisi Gaunavinaka.

Our flight was delayed on their behalf which made us miss our connection flight. On our arrival to our connecting flight, we received no help, no accommodation and were stranded at the airport for the night.

After waiting the night, we were finally able to get some sort of help,however, the member of staff was rude and not apologetic. After confirming the flight that we rebooked over the phone, they advised us to contact Swiss customer care online and give us the EC 261/2004 compensation information to get compensated.

Not to mention, on our return flight, our first flight was delayed too. Fortunately we made our connecting flight, however our suitcases didn't and we didn't receive our suitcase until a week later.

When the suitcase arrived, we were missing one and we received no further communication regarding it, until another week passed and we finally received our missing suitcase.

The consultant said we are not entitled for compensation because of the country was that your journey departed and arrived in countries in which the regulation EC 261/2004 does not apply and that consequently said the regulation does not apply to your itinerary.

The consultant was not able to provide us with the EC 261/2004 policy on their website and answer why the airport staff gave us the
EC 261/2004 information to get compensated if we are not entitled to it.

Instead of asking our question, the consultant decided just to close my case, which I found very rude.

I have sent the appeal for the compensation since 22nd of October (NEARLY A MONTH) and not still not responded and ignoring us.

This whole thing has been going on for almost 3 months now and all we after is a reasonable compensation for the trouble we experienced which is not our fault!

I travelled from Brazil to Zurich with my 5-month daughter. The crew asked me to woke her up every tiny single detail. There was a situation that crew touched my daughter without my permission, as well touched her hands. Probably they do not know how many times a baby on her age put her the hands in the mouth. It was disgusting. I flew with #Lufthansa (Frankfurt- Sao Paulo), which the crew has so much more experience with babies, It was a far away better experience.

The worst Airline i ever been. Boston-Zurich-Dubai on business class. Totally wasted my money but that was my LAST one. Zero Star

Call me a spoiled customer, but my experience with Swiss Air demonstrates that they are very, very far from the standards set by the likes of Singapore Airlines. Swiss Air indeed offers clean cabin, decent food and beverage selection, and convenience from technology advancement; but these are no longer a plus, since every airline is able to do it. What's lacking here is a cabin crew with the basic passion in taking care of customers, a.k.a. doing their job. How about putting on some smiles and starting to treat customers equally? If not, at least pretend to.

My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a small holiday. Our airport journey was without any problem until we entered the Swiss Airlines aircraft and were met by the nastiest crew member reiffers.
An incredibly rude woman with the worst attitude possible. It was absolute chaos!
nathalie was extremely unprofessional and tried to harass us in the maximum possible way. Her behaviour was so disappointing. She was really arrogant and extremely difficult to contact or obtain any basic support. We were shocked by the poor service and disgusting attitude of this lady.
reiffers refused to give me her name due to the fact she knew she was being vile and we would be making a complaint about her. When I asked for her name to report her vile behaviour, she refused and hid her name tag. Clearly, this is a tactic to avoid accountability for her rudeness. I heard her colleague call her nathalie. reiffers if you ever read this, we cannot fathom why you felt so empowered to act so disrespectfully towards paying customers. We hope your job gives you some sense of importance because your behaviour was disgraceful. The worst employee in attitude and a horrendous flight attendant.
For anyone flying with Swiss Airlines - reiffers is an abusive person, who looks down and violates the rights of people who do not dress or look a “certain way”.
We have made our complaint. Whoever comes across nathalie, please be careful!!
