Call me a spoiled customer, but my experience with Swiss Air demonstrates that they are very, very far from the standards set by the likes of Singapore Airlines. Swiss Air indeed offers clean cabin, decent food and beverage selection, and convenience from technology advancement; but these are no longer a plus, since every airline is able to do it. What's lacking here is a cabin crew with the basic passion in taking care of customers, a.k.a. doing their job. How about putting on some smiles and starting to treat customers equally?
