Two cancelled flights and rebooked to a 10h flight (normally 2-3h). Still in the process of a refund but only receive long respond times and bad answers. Definitely would go for KLM next time.

Beware, they can book you with 45 minutes layover and still guarantees that it has enough time to get to your connection flight. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed in Singapore for few minutes and we missed the connection flight in Zurich. Me and my wife got stranded in Zurich airport for 14 hours. We both missed our office work. Swiss airline refused to compensate. They said the delay in Singapore was necessary. No meals were even offered in the airport.
The option to pre-reserve a seat; the bottle of water; the chocolate; the space for the eggs and the smile from the staff is what makes this better than the low-cost companies.
P.S. I flew from Brussels national (Zaventem) but the system doesn't accept that....
We got an extremely narrow last row. Without window and the window seat did not even have the usual space at the wall it was very narrow. The seats could not even be tilted and every movement from the row in front resulted in pain for the knees. The knees and shoulders still hurt. Worst airline experience ever. Despite the extraordinary price u only receive a bottle of water during the flight and a piece of chocolate. Boarding was the worst ever. The crew constantly annoys with an unfriendly put that under your front seat. Absolutely avoid the airline. Only the price is premium. Everything else is worse than in the well known cheap airlines. ( it was zürich in switzerland as destination, but the option is not available)
This is the worst company we've dealt with so far. We booked flexible tickets specifically to have the option to change our return date if needed, paying extra for the assurance that we could rebook easily. According to the policy, date changes are supposed to be free with this type of ticket—only requiring us to pay any fare difference for the new date. However, this feels like a complete scam: the flights they offered for rebooking were nowhere near the website’s standard prices. While we found flights on their site for €1,200, the lowest fare they proposed us was €6,200.
Ultimately, we had to cancel our flights, losing half the cost, even though the cancellation was supposedly free of charge. They seem determined to find ways to exploit customers at every turn.
To make matters worse, customer service was completely unhelpful.
