It is quite ironic that the four flights I have taken with Swiss Air this year have all been late. The inconvenience caused each time is indescribable. The Swiss are renowned for their timing. We expect better.

I was quite excited about our Swiss Air flight from Zurich to Hong Kong, especially as we were flying Premium Economy this time.
The Premium Economy seats looked great, with their own boxed in area, and clearly better appointed than the normal Economy seats further back.
How mistaken I was ...... being a big guy (6'4"), the first fail point were the seatbelts with shoulder straps. It was too tight to keep on my shoulder, so I actually unhitched the shoulder strap for the duration of the flight, take-off and landing included. The seatbelt lock buckle strap was also so short it was a struggle to clip in the latch without me having to move completely sideways, and then the belt became very tight and limiting.
Next, the legroom ..... it was great while sitting normally upright, as one would expect from Premium Economy, but as the seats are encapsulated within a boxed in area, as soon as you try to recline the seat (which does not recline back towards the passenger behind as normal) ..... there goes the legroom completely ...... would have been OK if I was able to remove both legs!!
Service was very good however, as was the meal selection and entertainment system.
So, notwithstanding the discomfort of the seatbelt and not being able to recline the seat for 12 hours, the flight did pass ........ had to stay awake most of the night though, and watch movies!!!
Nearly a 13 hour flight so expected similar business cabin to previously used airlines but this business cabin was poor. Every second row had a window and aisle seat which meant I still had to climb over the poor person in the aisle seat to get put. Very difficult when they have their airbed flat. Very disappointing cabin for the business class and I will not use them again. I booked with Singapore airlines but this flight was operated by Swiss.
Terrible ground staff, terrible crew, uncomfortable seating, super strict about hand luggage and weight. Sadly no humane treatment by anyone. Avoid if you can
This is the 2nd time in my whole life that i booked with Swiss Airline, the first one was like 15yrs ago. (It's unfortunately the only last minute option for me so i didn't have any choice!!!) and def. The last and here is the reason why...
I'm a frequent flyer and i fly a lot every month. I totally agree with the Bvlgari CEO that Swiss Airline is the worst!!!! They charge you a high amount with a budget airline service. Easyjet and Vueling cabin crew is way better. Flying business with Swiss air is not worth the money as the seat looks more like Economy premium. Aside from their old airplane interior the cabin crew all look miserable and has 0 customer service. As a swiss i don't see any Swiss Hospitality at all!
And the funny thing is the foreigner looking crew are the rude ones.
It's like they hate their job so much and was so lazy to talk english. Btw, I'm Swiss but traveling with Canadian family so we speak english during the flight.
Air Canada Cabin crew service going to Toronto was waaay better! They were all very helpful and will ask if there's anything i can help you with.
Now seeing all rude responds in Facebook of the swiss air social media manager 'THORSTEN' to any negative reviews is appalling!!!
I bet they're all not paid enough to care about customer service!
I heard Middle Eastern airlines are hiring and it's very easy to apply 😜!
NEVER AGAIN!!! AND AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT ALL COST!
