Swiss sells non existing service at “premium service cost”
-Always delayed
-Cabin old, dirty (food waste of former passengers and hair in my business class seat)
-Always overbooked
-extremely expensive compared to much better competitors
-we were seated at the rather front of the business class cabin and still we were not able to select our menu as not enough food was on board (we did not do an upgrade but paid the full business fare therefore no excuses that catering did not have enough time…) the response from the cabin crew “we cannot have all menus for the 63 business class passengers” it should not be the passengers problem rather they should reduce the amount of business class seats if they are not able to keep the business class standards for so many seats …
Just a disaster, we fly swiss very often because from Switzerland there are not too many options - good for them otherwise they’d be out of business since a while
I have been travelling business since long,
And this was my second flight with swiss.
First one wasn’t pleasing at all because the seats are cardboard and hard, behaviour of staff is awful.
The second time, being in business,they said its full and will have to put you in eco for no reason.
Also the behavior of the staff was very rude and feels they dont want to work at all.
No water bottles, started giving glasses untidy water.
Overall dont spoil your experience
good budget airline fro travelling in and around Switzerland ! on time checkin and take off and no issue in luggage if luggage is bought !
they give water and swiss chocolate on flight and the crew is very sweet and looking forward to serve the customers !
however had a bitter experience towards end when one of our checked in luggages were broken by the airline while handling our bags. overall good experience except the bag damage !
I have to fly in October... I payed for flexible flight, just for being "flexible" they charged 307 CPH for changing the flight date.
And the charge for exchanging my "flexible" flight to an earlier date is pretty much the same price... This is laughable. When I booked the flight there wasn't any information about these surprises... Try another airline and a different kind of flight.
