Worst aircompany ever. From 12 flights in past 12 months none was on time!!! Always delay, you lose connections and always lose at least 1 day at your destination. Horrible experiance, and awefull customer service. Avoid if time is important for you

Terrible experience, flights often cancelled and they don’t give any information or help. I don’t recommend to anybody pay more for better airline.
Flight cancelled due to technical problem.
Swiss airline staff were rude,. We waited 1 hour to get our baggage.
Waited 2 hours to get hotel voucher.
Totally disorganized company and expensive.
Would mot recommend to my worst enemy.

Absolutely terrible airline. Flight London to Hong Kong via Zurich . Flight from London to Zurich delayed hence everyone with a connecting flight had to stay in Zurich in a less than 1 star hotel 45 minutes from the airport without any luggage and no information. I was put on a flight to Shanghai the next day being assured my luggage would arrive in Shanghai and I should collect it and then check in for my flight to Hong Kong. It never arrived for 5 days.
Customer Service with SwissAir is non existent. This airline should not have any licence to operate they are scammers. And I intend to take this further as they are getting away with defrauding customers.
This is the same as Lufthansa don't let them scamm you . The seats was like the cheapest camping chairs . You couldn't choose any food just tried to feed us with some vegan pigwash . Lots of multimedia screen didn't work. 0 space to max out the profit . Some toilet didn't work . Disgusting at all !!!!!!!
