We booked an early flight to Alicante Spain, departing Zurich 06:20. To our surprise the check in is smooth, fast and within 10 minutes from the airport arrival we were on the way to the departure gate. The flight was on time. We flew with a new A320 aircraft, the seats are comfy and so is the in-flight service. In less then 2 hours arrived to our destination.. Luggage on arrival was on the belt in a timely manner.

My bag damaged, they compensate me with a new bag only after I topped up the new bag price, the major frustration is that their agent deliver the bag on August 30, 2024, 2 months from my claim. Furthermore, despite of my fully paid order for the new bag is included delivery charged, the delivery agent charged me AED 53.50.
It was very bad experience with Swiss air agent called Dolphin and spent too much time in sending e mails forth and back for no action, they did what they want not what the customer wants. No body cares, this delay in delivery and extra charges for the new bag and delivery agent might be on purpose to make you never send future claim to Swiss air. However, I’m strongly recommend to try another airline like Emirates, Etihad, or air Canada.

Excellent outstation service, very friendly crew, IFE is better than in Lufthansa but the seat is bit less welcoming. They have a door of sorts, if you have social issues.
Arrival service in ZRH was a bit expeditive and maybe not up to what you should expect in first class-
Arrival terminal is a great thing... even if they don't stack the "Reportagen" Magazine anymore...

My return flight from Bangkok is with them unfortunately, booked via Austrian airlines. never had problems with Austrian, but they didn't have suitable return flights, and so they offered Swiss.
It took multiple attempts to reach Swiss, and finally they denied my request to bring back my cat with me. So, I have Austrian who let me take my cat to Bangkok and then Swiss told me that I can leave my cat there :-D Why? Because "quota is exceeded" Quota on my leg space under a front seat? I actually not sure :-D I wrote to them in English, they replied in German... Never again with them, now have to reschedule everything.

Yesterday I had a flight from Berlin to Barcelona with a stopover in Zurich, the first flight was delayed for 1 hour and a half and we missed the second flight to Barcelona. I arrived in Barcelona at 12 pm when I should have arrived at 7 pm. Because of this delay I had to spend the night in Barcelona because I'm not from there, missing a train to Zaragoza (my city) and spending 100 euros on a taxi (at that time there were no trains or buses) and missing my train having to buy other tickets for the next day. I was lucky that in Barcelona I have family with whom I was able to spend the night there. This 5 hour delay has caused me to lose 100 euros apart from my time without any compensation. This company does not have customer service for these cases or telephone numbers or emails in its own country and when trying to request this compensation for its website or its application it gives errors and does not stop because of its fault. If someone from the company can help me to give me the corresponding compensation that would be great and for those of you who are not from the company, think about it before traveling on it.
